Age preference applies: Management prefers residents age 55 or older; however, applicants under 55 may be considered, subject to management approval. Private entrance. Small refrigerator included. The private room is located inside Oakland Heights Senior Living at 2361 E 29th St., Oakland. Utilities are not included in the base rent. An additional $100 per month will be charge to cover utility costs. The Lease is for one year. Owner requires renters insurance before signing the Lease. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Parking is not assigned; it is based on a first come first served and availability. $50 screening fee per adult for credit and background check. Easy walking distance to public transit.
