This is a garden oasis in the middle of Culver City, with tons of greenery and seasonal wildlife ranging from geese to ducks to turtles. The owner is a full-time professional and prefers someone quiet, clean, and professional to share the home with. The owner has one small dog, who is clean and house-trained.
