Condo includes utilities*, streaming TV's, and WIFI. Owner pays SDGE cap of $100/mo. Rent and security deposit vary depending on months stayed and length of stay. $275 cleaning fee, plus $100 reservation fee. Small pet may be considered. Call for availability. July and August are not available.
