OHCC is San Diego counties finest active 55+ community. We spared no expense in remodeling this home for your comfort. Completely new kitchen, baths, HVAC, furniture and doors/windows. High end 100% cotton bedding with heated mattress pads. With nearly 100+ clubs and groups you're unlikely to get bored. And, all of that with the finest weather in America (my opinion). We also live in the community. Long Term leases (more than 5 consecutive months) are negotiable. I will lease as far as 18 months in advance for leases of 5+ months. We will not lease unfurnished.
