San Miguel is a two-bedroom, two bathroom, oceanfront condo in an oceanfront community which is located in beautiful Oceanside, California. The Living Room: - Open concept living/dining/kitchen with a coastal design - Sunny living room with ocean views and sliding doors leading to private balcony with views of the ocean - Smart TV with access to cable and streaming services for guests to enjoy - Gas fireplace The Dining Area: - Dining room table with seating for four with ocean view from some seats The Kitchen: - Refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher - Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and utensils. - Toaster, blender and other cooking gadgets - Large island countertop with ample space for cooking preparation and seating for two - Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and tea kettle. The unit is on the second floor and guests have access to the elevator or they can take the stairs to the unit. The condo is walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and downtown Oceanside dining. This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest's responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest's children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest's stay.
