The next floor downstairs you will find two more bedroom, each with their own full bathrooms, and another great family room and your own balcony with balcony swing. Home comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen for the home chef, plenty of towels and extra linens. Outdoor shower for when you are coming back from the beach. Sonos surround sound system, Wi-Fi, Smart TV's. Some of the other features include walk in pantry, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven, barbecue grill, wine fridge. This home has it all. Access to one garage parking spot and two driveway spots, or street parking. Will entertain a discount for stays between 2-4 months. There is a small one bedroom unit below the home with that is occupied by a single tenant. No common areas, as they have their own entrances.
