Steele Realty is a full-service property management company specializing in the management of residential and commercial properties.

Over the years we have been asked by our investor clients with assistance in the management of their properties. It was through our desire to be of utmost service that we began our property management division. It is through our integrity, diligence, and customer service that we continue to expand. Currently we manage properties from the City of San Diego to Oceanside, from Fairbanks Ranch to the beach in Leucadia.

Our services include:

• Handling all aspects of the rental process, including marketing, showing the property, qualifying the tenant, all rental paperwork, and all subsequent tenant communications.
• Ensuring that your property is rent ready, that it is kept in the best possible condition, and that all necessary repairs are done by qualified vendors who are licensed and insured.
• Maintaining a fiduciary account in which to collect rents, pay necessary bills, and forward to you monthly funds.
• Preparing a monthly statement that itemizes all monies received and disbursed.
