Gary is a native Southern California product, born in beautiful downtown Burbank who has been drawn to beach cities since he was a young man. He has surfed and lived from Ventura County south to Solana Beach. His lifestyle is definitely in keeping with Steele Realty’s principle of work hard, play hard.
He built his real estate career on a firm foundation of business practices as he participated in a successful family business while in his twenties. It was during this time that Gary began to build his reputation as a real estate entrepreneur, buying and selling investments throughout Los Angeles and San Diego coastal areas. Making the permanent move to North County San Diego in 1990, he did a short but exciting stint into the world of acting and stunt work. In 1992, he committed to selling real estate full time.
For almost two decades Gary has been applying his own successful real estate formulas in helping clients achieve their personal goals; whether it is finding that dream home, identifying a “starter” home, or maximizing their real estate investment portfolio through purchases or sales. Gary’s in-depth knowledge of the market is based on experience, and daily attention to economic, lending and sales trends. He has a uncanny wealth of knowledge of “what is available today” both on and off the active market. He is equipped to help all buyers and sellers realize their individual real estate goals.
Gary is active in a number of community volunteer activities including the Solana Beach Boys and Girls Club, and the Surfrider Foundation.
Gary balances his time with family and work, and of course, lots of surfing. His wife Angie, his son Evan and step-daughter Rachael comprise the core of his life.
