Prior to Andy’s career in real estate he experienced the world through the eyes of a professional snowboarder. For 10 years, he traveled the globe in search of unique opportunities and challenges. Based in the North County area as a respite from the endless winters and full time for the last 9 years, he has a great knowledge and understanding of San Diego as a whole. “I love San Diego and North County, it exudes a laid back beach lifestyle and an amazing place to raise kids”. Having pushed the limits of what’s possible on a board, he has grounded himself in Cardiff with his wonderful girlfriend Briana, daughter Ava (7) and Haven (9) both students of award winning Cardiff schools. His worldly travels have allowed him to be able to communicate and assist in a variety of ways that lends itself well to the world of real estate. Andy has first hand knowledge as a homeowner and has bought and sold investments properties as well. Andy and was the first snowboarder to jump a moving train in 1996 and named "Rookie of the Year" in 2005 for the Del Mar/Carmel Valley Prudential offices.
