Stefanie Armstrong

You have heard of “army brats”, children that grow up with their parents or parent in military service, well Stefanie grew up in the real estate business. Her mom, Lorraine Seman, had Stefanie answering phones and printing out listings in her brokerage when Stefanie was only eight years old. It is no wonder that Stefanie chose to become a realtor.

Stefanie graduated from Carlsbad High School in 1991 and moved to Encinitas soon after. After spending time in Europe, Stefanie came home and began a six year career in the flower business. Stefanie went from working in a flower stand to owning her own flower shop in Encinitas. She found that growing flowers was even more appealing and spent time working with growers in Leucadia.

Try as she may, Stefanie could not escape her first love, selling homes. It was in her blood. As a third generation realtor Stefanie brings not only a deep commitment and ethical foundation to her clients, but she also has knowledge of real estate practices and marketing that far exceed her eight years as a licensed agent.

Stefanie follows in her mom’s footsteps, giving 200% to each of her clients. She has found the balance between having a young daughter, Amelia, and leading a successful career as a realtor.

Stefanie focuses her practices in North County San Diego Coastal because she believes in the quality of life, and the lifestyle that is so evident along the coast between Del Mar and Oceanside.

Stefanie lives in Cardiff with her husband Josh and daughter Amelia.
