After a lifetime of international travel and adventure, Alessandro has finally decided to settle down and begin a life in what he considers to be the finest place to live, North County San Diego. Born and raised in Rome, Italy in a traditional Italian household, Alessandro is the poster child for the American Dream. In the pursuit of a better life, his family moved from Italy to the beach town resort of Ocean City, Maryland where Alessandro cultivated a love for the beach serving six summers on the city’s Beach Surf-Rescue Patrol. His days were spent working on the beach while nights brought the opportunity for him to help manage his families’ fine dining establishments.
Alessandro first moved to San Diego in 1999 splitting his time between Del Mar and Nashville, TN, his base for touring the country with the music industry. After falling in love and following his heart to Florida chasing his childhood sweetheart Natalie, he earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Florida and began a successful real estate career. During his time as a Realtor® in Florida and in concert with his travels, Alessandro’s excitement grew for managing his family’s investment properties in Maryland and Florida and the prospect of bringing his real estate goals back to California.
Once again a resident of North County, Alessandro is a full-time Realtor® Real Estate Consultant, specializing in North County residential properties. His plans are to continue a career founded on honesty, integrity, accountability, professionalism and hard work. His interests include pursuing International Real Estate and “EcoBroker” designations. Green Building and self-sustaining developments in Bali and Rome are at the forefront of his real estate endeavors. Alessandro and his wife Natalie are proud to call Encinitas their home and are eager to give back and contribute to the community.
